Superior Sound in Albany just did some work on my 2000 F-250 Super Duty. They sound proofed the firewall and the front floor panel. Redid my old speaker set and put in a box under the rear seat and a AMP for my sound system. The work was clean and topnotch, system sounds incredible and a good price. Thank You to the Superior Sound Crew for amazing work.

Wow, above & beyond the call of duty! Not only did the owner guy & his assistants tint my car windows & upgrade my speakers. He also pointed out important details about my new car & took time to answer my technical questions that weren’t related to the services I was purchasing. His lobby was full of customers & he remained patient & helpful. Additionally, they showed me a box that plugs directly through HDMI cable on my TV so I can watch it all for FREE & without subscriptions or signing into NETFLIX, HBO, APPLE, ALL ESPN & more channels & apps that I’d spent thousands of $$$ to watch. In the future I will definitely refer my family, friends & entire staff. Thanks to Vern & his knowledgeable crew!

If you are gonna tip, tip the installer directly because the manager’s use the tips, That you do digitally or hand to them as payroll. So their tips are used for payroll instead of giving to them. Not right Tip your installer directly recommended!!!!!!!!

Awful, awful service. Never go here. Owner is very unprofessional and rude. Is inconsiderate of the customers, I would give 0 stars if I could. Save your time and your money and go elsewhere. He tried to tint my car and was unable to and on top of that I am having mechanical issues with the door because of that. I am spending money to take it to the dealership to fix it because I never want to step foot in there again and it’s not worth my time or energy!

Very disappointed to have to say, never do business with this installer. We brought in a perfectly functioning lexus to complete the stereo install. Now the stereo is mostly working, but the blinkers, A/C, reverse lights, turn signals, and windows do not. Owner refused to fix it and refused refund. Read the reviews, I wish I had.
